This is International Childcare Trust's third strategic plan, which outlines our strategy over the next three years (2011/12 - 2013/14). Our strategic thinking and planning began in 2002 when we held our first Annual Consultation Meeting (ACM), attended by our partners who we continuously consult on our strategic and policy thinking, planning and decision-making.
